Bishop’s Mass - Year 7 Leavers Mass
Our annual Year 7 Leavers Mass will take place on Monday 21^st June at 7pm. Our leavers mass, whilst always being very special, this year will be particularly exciting due to the fact that our celebrant will be the most reverend Bishop Seamus Hegarty. Whilst Bishop Hegarty will celebrate mass with us in school he will also bless our new Outdoor Learning Environment at the front of the school. We encourage all our children and their parents and families to attend this auspicious occasion. Our choir will be singing at the ceremony and all children will be involved in the celebration. All choir members should be in school on this evening for 6.20pm. There will be refreshments afterwards in the Music Room at the bottom end of the school. If there are any finer details to be sorted we will communicate these to you before the end of the week. 


Our year 7 pupils are a lovely group of boys and girls who have made their school very proud for the past years in attendance. We will certainly be very sorry to see them leave to go to post primary school, but we eagerly look forward to hearing many glowing reports about them as they progress through post primary life. Due to the fact that many events are happening in school in the month of June and that the whole school trip is on Tuesday 29^th June Year 7 shall remain in school with us until that date.
